the brief

The team at Renovation Med Spa saw a major shift in their clientele. Prior to 2020, a majority of their customers were a little older and looking to capture a rejuvenation of their skin and overall look. However, the team noticed that the stigma of Botox, laser skin procedures, and dermal fillers began to fade for a much younger audience.

However, their team was missing out on these younger people. Many of their competitors built websites that felt comfortable, soft, and more of a spa than a medical facility. They were behind. That’s when they approached the team at M&P to develop a new digital brand identity on their website that would appeal to the younger demographic.

Our team worked with Renovation Med Spa to revamp their color palette, enhance their web imagery, and write more informative content that would make potential clients more comfortable while remaining the authority in medical spa treatments throughout the Reno area.

Your website is your first impression for new clients. Renovation Med Spa’s old website was white and sterile. The site was giving more of a medical facility rather than a medical spa. Our team worked to expand their brand color palette by incorporating pinks, blues, and colors that would give visitors more of a comfortable feel before scheduling an appointment.

That’s why our team at M&P worked to find opportunities in search that Renovation Med Spa could rank highly and drive traffic to the website.
